Atom Wallets is a non-custodial wallet software for digital assets. Due to its decentralized nature, it is designed to process only the minimum amount of data necessary. By using Atom Wallets, you agree to the use and disclosure of data as described in this Privacy Notice.

Personal data is any information relating to an identifiable individual. We collect data in three ways:

(A) If you are a Wallet User
When creating or importing a wallet, your keys and addresses remain locally stored on your device. Atom Wallets does not collect email addresses or unnecessary identifiers for this purpose.

Atom Wallets is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors under 13. Parents/guardians should contact us if they believe a child has used our services.
